My oil service order arrived in good time, however the oil filter was incorrect for my 2012 Kia Pro Cee'd, the filter included was for a pre 2009 car, as I was about to do the oil change I had to visit my local dealer for the correct part, so beware their database obviously has issues.

I contacted Opie Oils to confirm which oil was required for my car. The live chat feature is excellent. Promptly got the answer. Ordered the Oil, was delivered next day. After draining the oil out of my gearbox the amount seemed a little less than I was expecting, but I called Opie Oils and they were quickly able to confirm the service drain qty for my car, putting my mind at rest. Great service from start to finish.
